John said Kalyn gets what she wants. Kalyn said she wants to dance her ass off. Kalyn got what she wanted.
I hadn’t heard of this venue because prior to the this wedding, it had never been used for a wedding! From the brain and stomach of Brian Malarkey comes this rustic, reclaimed college campus cafe with a desert landscape, herb garden complete with rattle snakes. You just have to go there to understand what I just wrote.
These two East Coast kids met in San Diego and decided to start their life together here by getting married at Bali Hai. I don’t know if it was the beats I was playing or the stiff Mai Tais but they went nuts!
Yet another wonderful locals only event at Bird’s Surf Shed, but this time it was for Bird’s daughter who I have known for 15+ years. They originally got married in Fiji but had to have a little get together for the friends and family back at the shed.
These two kids wanted to laugh and dance the day into the night as close to the water as possible, which is exactly what they got. The Garty Pavilion is a little gem of a venue tucked away in Mission Bay with the only access through Mission Beach.
On top of a mountain in Temecula is the Gersham Bacchus Winery, a very charming and elegant winery with the staff to match. Stephan and Jennifer wanted R&B, Soul and Hip Hop for most of their wedding and I said thank you. I still use this play list as an example of my ability to cater to a client’s request.
Entertaining hard working Costco employees at their holiday party is one of my ways of saying thank you for the cheap slices of pizza, samples of food I will never buy and the 112 jumbo rolls of toilet paper I buy that lasts me 2 years.
Who doesn’t love shopping at Costco? Well I get to treat the staff to samples of my beats annually at their holiday party!
ER nurses are real life super heroes and I get to entertain them every year at their holiday party! Not only do they work hard, they play hard too!
It’s nights like this where I get to play my part in the local San Diego surf industry. All I did was provide some tunes and a mic while the legendary photographer Aaron Chang provided the slides and the narration. I love my job!
